Hi, I'm Heitor 👋🏻

I’m Heitor, a brazilian software engineer and founder of VestCards. I like building things from scratch, talking to users, and figuring out how to make complex systems feel invisible.

I founded VestCards, a SaaS platform for students where I own the full stack, marketing, and growth. Currently, I’m at LoadSmart building ShipperGuide, a TMS for logistics. Previously, I was at Cobli, a fleet management company where I slashed fleet map load times from 10s to 80ms and built features that secured $20k in MRR.

Graduated at USP in Computer Engineering, did an exchange at Polytechnic University of Milan, and I’m starting my Master’s in Computer Science at KU Leuven. When I’m not shipping code, I’m usually playing the violin or piano.

    Cobli is a Brazilian fleet management SaaS platform. Joined as intern, promoted to Software Engineer I.

    • Engineered a high-scale Server-Driven UI engine to unify UI orchestration across web and mobile platforms using a schema-based approach for forms and tables. Optimized engineering workflows by implementing a low-code configuration layer for alerts, decreasing senior developer effort by over 75% and significantly increasing sprint velocity.
    • Designed and implemented a centralized notification system integrating browser push, email, and in-app notifications across platforms.
    • Optimized fleet monitoring map for large datasets using clustering — reduced load times from 10s to 80ms for fleets with 1,000+ vehicles.
    • Developed a regional vehicle speed alert system for fleet managers to monitor work zones, directly contributing to a $20K MRR deal.
    • Enhanced UX for rural users by implementing coordinate-based address search, driving 58% adoption among key-account fleets.
